How do I reset my password?

Your Remine login credentials are the same as your MLS credentials. You'll log in to Remine using Single Sign On (SSO), meaning you'll click the Remine link in your MLS dashboard or Matrix to log in. In this scenario, your account information is managed by your MLS. If you've forgotten your password or want to change your password, you must contact your MLS.


Triad MLS and MLS PIN are exceptions to the rule, as login information is not managed by SSO. If you are a Triad MLS or MLS PIN agent and already registered your Remine account, you can follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. When you navigate to Remine, you'll see the login page. Click the Forgot Password? link.


  2. Type your MLS Agent ID so we can identify your Remine account. Click the Reset Password button.


  3. After you enter your Agent ID and click the Reset Password button, we'll send an email with instructions to reset your password.


  4. The link in your reset password email points to a screen where you can enter a new password for your Remine account. This will not affect your MLS password or account information. This password is only for your Remine account.

    Tip: Don't reuse passwords! Practice good internet hygiene, and use a unique password that meets the following criteria:

    • Is at least 8 characters long
    • Is not a word found in the dictionary (i.e., use acronyms or other letter combinations)
    • Includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g., !@#$%&*())
