Chat

With Remine's new chat feature, you can easily connect with other agents with the click of a button. Chat works seamlessly between your desktop experience and the new Remine Mobile app.

What you need to know

  • You can chat with any other activated Remine agent (i.e., an agent who has logged in at least once) within your MLS.
  • You can use the search bar to find activated Remine agents.
  • If you send a message to an agent who has not activated their Remine account, that agent will receive an email notification about the message and a prompt to log in.

Desktop Chat

To access the Chat page, on the top navigation bar, click the ChatButton.png button. The Chat page appears, where you'll see your chat history. There are several places in the Remine desktop application where you can send a new message.

On the Chat page

In the upper right corner of the Recent Chats bar, click the NewChatButton.png button. Search for an agent and click their name. You can add additional agents to create a group chat.

On the Property Details page

When you view the Property Details page for an active listing, click Message Agent at the top of the page to send a new message.

On the Agent Details page

When you search for an agent and click on their name, you'll see the Agent Details page. Click Message Agent in the upper right corner to send a new message.

Mobile Chat

To access the Chat tab, in the navigation bar, tap Chat. The Chat tab appears, where you'll see your chat history. There are several places in Remine Mobile where you can send a new message.

On the Chat tab

In the upper right corner, tap the Pencil.png button. Search for an agent, compose a message, and tap Send.

On the Property Details page

When you view the Property Details page for an active listing, you can send a message in one of two ways:

  • Tap Message Agent at the bottom of the page to send a new message.
  • Scroll to the Listing Agent section of the page, and tap Message.

When you search for an agent and tap their name, you'll see the Agent Details page. Tap Message to send a new message.

When you search for an office, you'll see the Office Details page. Tap the OfficeChat.jpg button to send a new message.

Remine Mobile

Remine Mobile offers the power of Big Data in the palm of your hand. Check out the features available with our new mobile app:

  • Use the live map or search bar to search the areas where you do business.
  • Filter properties to narrow down your searches to the properties that best fit your criteria.
  • Draw shapes around areas you want to track.
  • Track properties and people to get email updates.
  • Utilize the predictive analytics of our Buy and Sell Scores.
  • View all on and off market property data, including photos and public record information.
  • Chat with other agents in your MLS.

In the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Remine, and download the app. When you open the app, you’ll be prompted for your MLS email and ID. Even if you’re already a registered Remine user, we must confirm your identity, since the app is publicly available to download. After you follow the steps to identify yourself in the app, you can log in like usual, using your MLS credentials.

If your MLS partners with ShowingTime, agents will be able to easily access ShowingTime on the Property Details page for an active listing.

Performance upgrades

  • Improved our Distressed Deals filter with updated preforeclosure doc types.

  • Fixed previously incorrect zip code boundaries.
  • Redefined Chicago school boundaries (MRED).

  • Improved school data - added school type, grades, student/teacher ratio, and last updated date from Niche.
  • Added office stats to the Office Details page.
  • Enhanced homeowner contact information display.
