You can use Remine Chat to talk to any agent within your MLS. If you send a message to an agent who hasn't activated their Remine account, that agent will receive an email notification about the message and a prompt to log in. Read on for more information about the new Chat feature.
Access the Chat page
In the top navigation bar, click the button.
The Chat page appears, where you'll see your chat history. On this page, you can send a new individual message, send a new group message, search through your chat history, and manage your messages.
Send a new chat
In the upper right corner of the Recent Chats bar, click the button. Search for an agent and click their name. You can add additional agents to create a group chat.
When you've added your desired recipients, type your message at the bottom of the Chat page, and click Send.
Click the button to view the group members in the selected chat.
On the Property Details page
When you view the Property Details page for an active listing, click Message Agent at the top of the page to send a new message.
On the Agent Details page
When you search for an agent and click on their name, you'll see the Agent Details page. Click Message Agent in the upper right corner to send a new message.
