Resetting Your Password

Your Remine login credentials are the same as your MLS credentials. You'll log in to Remine using Single Sign-On (SSO), meaning you'll click the Remine link in your MLS dashboard or Matrix to log in. In this scenario, your account information is managed by your MLS. If you've forgotten your password or want to change your password, you must contact your MLS.

Exceptions - Triad MLS, MLSPIN, RMLS and GSMLS

Triad MLS, MLSPIN, RMLS, and GSMLS are exceptions to the rule, as these MLSs do not manage login information with SSO. If you are a member of one of these MLSs and already registered your Remine account, you can follow these steps to reset your password:

1. When you navigate to Remine, select the menu lines at the top right of the screen. Then, click the Sign In link.

2. Type your email address so we can identify your Remine account. Then, click the Send Password Reset button.

3. After you enter your email address and click the Send Reset Password button, we'll send an email with the instructions on completing your password reset.

Tip: If your email address is displaying incorrectly in the screen above, reach out to us to get it updated at support@remine.com.

4. The link in your reset password email points to a screen where you can enter a new password for your Remine account.

Note: Resetting your Remine password will not affect your MLS password or account information. This password is only for your Remine account.
