How do I find the Contact information I've purchased in my plan?

If you're on the Starter plan, you can buy contact information for 3 credits per household. The following steps describe how to find the people for whom you've bought contact information, so you can track them.

  1. In the left navigation bar, click your username, then click CreditsA page appears that displays your credit transaction history.
  2. Find the person in the list whose contact information you want to view, and click View.

A dialog box appears that displays more information about this credit purchase.

  3. In your browser address bar, you'll see that the URL is YourMLS.remine.com/profile/billing. Replace that URL with YourMLS.remine.com/discover/people/.
  4. Copy the ID in the Description box, and paste it at the end of the URL.

Why can't I purchase someone's contact information?

If we have any contact information available for a person, you can add that person to your Contacts and purchase their contact information with credits if you're on the Starter plan. To view how to do purchase contact information, view the Purchasing Contact Information article.

If there's a name associated with the property that we don't have contact information for, and we cannot match the name to any other properties, then you won't be able to add the person to Contacts. You will see the contact's name and whether they are the owner or not; the contact portion will appear as Unavailable.

Reasons Contact Information is Unavailable for Purchase

  • If the person is under 18 or if there is no public record of their information, we cannot supply you with their contact information.
  • If the property is actively for sale, we disable the ability to purchase owner contact information. We enable the ability to purchase contact information 6 months after a property has sold, or 6 months after the listing has expired or been canceled.
  • If the property is owned by a corporation or LLC, the contact information is disabled indefinitely as we do not have their business contact information. In this case, we will only show you who owns the property.
What if I can't find a feature under my plan?
If you're unable to see or use a feature it is possible that the MLS has elected not to have it at this time.
What happened to the Plus plan?

We removed the Plus plan, which costs $29 per month, granted the ability to track 250 properties and purchase contact information at $3.00 per household. With Plus, you can also filter results by home equity, property value, absentee ownership, and flood maps. If you are currently a Plus plan subscriber, you are grandfathered into the plan.

What does "grandfathered" mean?

This means that you can remain on the Plus plan for as long as you want, and you'll still get all the same features for the same $29 per month. You do not need to take any action to stay on the Plus plan.

  • If you downgrade to the Starter plan for any reason, you will not be able to upgrade to the Plus plan in the future. You can upgrade to Pro or Pro Annual.
  • If you upgrade to Pro, or Pro Annual, you will not be able to downgrade to the Plus plan in the future. You can downgrade to any other plan.
What happened to the Success plan?

We removed the Success plan, which costs $99 per month, granted the ability to track 500 properties and purchase contact information at $3.00 per household.  With Success, you can also filter results by home equity, property value, absentee ownership, and flood maps. If you are currently a Success plan subscriber, you are grandfathered into the plan.

What does "grandfathered" mean?

This means that you can remain on the Success plan for 6 months, and you'll still get all the same features for the same $99 per month. After the 6 months, you will be charged the Pro monthly price of $199.

  • If you downgrade to the Starter plan for any reason, you will not be able to upgrade to the Success plan in the future. You can upgrade to Pro or Pro Annual.
  • If you upgrade to Pro or Pro Annual, you will not be able to downgrade to the Success plan in the future. You can downgrade to any other plan.
Why am I being grandfathered into a plan?
If you're being grandfathered into a plan, it likely means the existing plan you're on is being phased out. By being grandfathered in, you can remain on the current plan for a pre-determined amount of time, and you'll still get all the same features for the same initial cost.
    • If you've been grandfathered into the Plus plan you can remain on it indefinitely at the $29 cost.
    • If you've been grandfathered into the Success plan, you can remain on it for 6 months at the $99 cost. After 6 months, you will need to confirm your Pro subscription or downgrade back down to Starter.

Note: If you do not downgrade to Starter, you will be automatically charged for the Pro subscription at $199 per month.
Tip: If you downgrade to Starter, you will lose all of your Carts.
