  • Within the Remine desktop app, click the blue help icon in the lower right corner of the page. Select the option to "Connect With Us". This is the fastest way to reach a member of our team during business hours.

Submit a Ticket to our Customer Support Team: Desktop App

  • Please be sure to include the following in your email/ticket:
    • The type of computer or laptop you are using
    • The browser you were using
    • Screenshots and/or recordings of issue you are experiencing
  • Report a Bug
    • To tell us about any technical issues you encounter while using Remine Desktop, submit a request to Tell Us About an Issue.
  • Report a Data Issue
    • To tell us about missing or incorrect property detail information (e.g., MLS listing issue or a missing Sell Score), submit a Report a Data Issue form.
  • Report incorrect or DNC contact information
    • To report incorrect or DNC contact information, submit a form to Report an Issue. Provide the name or address of the person with incorrect information or DNC numbers and you'll be refunded the credits spent.
  • Manage Plan
    • To make changes to your monthly plan, submit a Manage my Plan form.
    • If you are on an upgraded plan and choose to downgrade, you'll lose all your tracked properties and people. You'll still have access to any purchased contact information, however, you will need to manually locate those people again. To find people whose contact information you've purchased, see the Credits article.
  • Billing Inquiry
    • To ask a billing-related question (e.g., purchasing credits), submit a Billing Inquiry form.
  • Feature Request / Send Feedback
    • To make a feature request or send feedback, submit a Feedback form.

    • The type of phone you are using
    • The phone's operating system (i.e. iOS or Android)
    • The version of the Remine App you are currently using
    • Screenshots and/or screen recordings of what you are experiencing on the mobile app

    • To tell us about any technical issues you encounter while using Remine Mobile, submit a Report a Bug ticket.
