Welcome to the Remine Docs+ Getting Started guide! We've put together a comprehensive series of instructional articles (and corresponding videos) to best help you in getting to know Remine Docs+. Feel free to use your own Remine Docs account in a separate browser tab to follow along through the steps in these articles.
There's a lot to know about Remine Docs+, but before we begin, let's cover three important "golden" rules that will help ensure your success as you use this powerful application for your document and transaction management:
1. Every individual in every transaction needs their own email address. Since the application uses the email address as its way of identifying everyone (each buyer, seller, the cooperating agent, etc.) every person involved in the transaction documents needs their own email address. More on this here.
2. Always check the people and roles on each document prior to sending or signing. Remine Docs+ automates a lot of the data entry when it comes to filling out and completing your forms, but just to be sure that everyone is in the right place, check out the 'People' view for each document by clicking 'People' at the top of the page, or by simply looking at the blue banner at the top of each document.
3. Understand document linking. As mentioned above, there are a lot of automations in Remine Docs+ that are there to help save you time. Making sure that you understand the basics of how info is shared between documents will definitely help you in getting the most out of Remine Docs+. More on document linking can be found here.
