If there is an office form that requires certain changes that should be used universally by the office but is not located in a package, this can be done by using the 'Customize' button when in the form library.
To start, go to the office's form library. Select the form you wish to customize and then select 'customize' when the form opens.
Once you have completed your customizations, click 'done'. To allow access to this form by all agents in the office, select the form in the library by clicking the check box next to the form name and then click 'distribute' in the top right.
The form will now be available to all agents in the office to use in the office's form library.
