How do I request to delete my account on Mobile?


If you want to delete your account and all the data related to it, you can either send us an email at, including your email address associated to your account, or, you can use the delete account button inside the app following the next steps.

1. Navigate to the 'More' section by tapping the more button located at the bottom tab.

2. Tap Settings (If you are an agent the bottom is located at the end of this section, please scroll down until the button is visible).

3. By tapping the delete account button, a pop up will be displayed, please read the text displayed on the screen.

4. And Tap Delete Account again to confirm your request.
