Exporting Contacts as a CSV

  1. Go to the Contacts page. 

    • If you have not yet added any Contacts, do so now. Add the Contacts via the Property Details page, uploading contacts or manually inputting contacts. Assign them to a group (example group name: Facebook SOI). If you already have them assigned to a group, please proceed to step 2.
  2. Select the group that you would like to export from the Groups section on the left

  3.  Check the box next to the contacts within the respective group you would like to export individually. You can also Select All to export all Contacts in the Group.

  4. Click the Export CSV button at the top of the page.

  5. Name your file and click Submit.

    • You will see a banner appear at the top of the page. This banner lets you know that you’ll be notified when the export is complete. The notification will appear in the Alerts section in the bottom, left-hand corner of the application. 
Note: You must have Excel on your computer to pull this file as an Excel spreadsheet. If this is the case, opening the CSV will typically take you right into Excel. If not, you may need to copy and paste the information from the CSV into a new file.
