What is a Cart?

A cart is simply a collection of properties that you've put together in Remine. Once a Cart is created, you can perform various tasks like printing mailing labels, sending mailers, and sharing properties with your clients. To learn more about Carts see the Getting Started with Carts article. 

What functionality does All-Carts have?

All-Carts can:
- Show you a view of all properties in your Carts
- Show you each individual Cart each property is apart of
- Export the Cart
- Send mailers
- Print mailing labels
- Sort by columns
- Search for specific addresses within a cart
- Manage columns

All-Carts cannot:
- Show you client reactions to properties
- Delete All-Carts
- Rename All-Carts
- Duplicate All-Carts
- Share All-Carts
- Sort by columns
- You are unable to add to All-Carts from the map

How many properties can I add to a Cart?

Users on the Starter plan can add up to 500 unique properties across all Carts. Pro users can add up to 10,000 unique properties across all Carts. Each unique property counts once toward the total number of properties. For example, if you've added 123 Main Street to your "Properties for the Smiths" Cart and also to your "Properties of Interest" Cart, the property is only counted once toward the limit. 

How do I add and remove properties from a Cart? 

You can easily add or remove properties from Carts if they no longer meet your needs or the needs of your clients. For more information see our articles: Adding Properties to a Cart, Removing Properties from a Cart. 

What's the CMA Cart? 

The CMA Cart auto-generates once you create any CMA. The subject properties for all CMAs will automatically be added to this cart. The CMA Cart cannot be shared or deleted.  

Can I delete a Cart?  

Yes! If a Cart no longer meets your needs, you can delete the Cart. For more information on how to completely delete a Cart, see our article Getting Started with Carts

Can I share a Cart? 

Yes! You can easily share any non-CMA Cart with clients and anyone else in your Contacts list in Remine. For more information, see the Sharing a Cart article. You can share Carts that have both listed properties and Off-Market properties!

How many times can I share a Cart? 

As many as you want! Sharing is unlimited!
