Compliance & E-Signing Overview 

Consumer Disclosure 

Please carefully read the information below regarding the receipt of your documents electronically through your real estate agent, real estate brokerage (we, us,) and Remine Docs (“Remine”, “Remine Docs”). Please confirm your acceptance by checking the box ‘I have read, understand and agree to Remine’s Compliance & E-Signing Overview’ and clicking ‘Create’. 

Paper Copies 

When signing documents, you will have the opportunity to download printable copies both before and after signing. The link to the downloadable copy, before and after signing, will be accessible embedded in the email where the document itself is shared.  

You may also contact your Real estate agent, or real estate brokerage and request a paper copy directly from them. 

Withdrawing Your Consent 

Once you have decided and agreed to the following disclosure to sign documents electronically, you may at any time thereafter decide to withdraw your consent. There are several ways to inform us that you no longer wish to receive documents or sign electronically:  

a) Please inform yourReal estate agent, and real estate brokerage and make arrangements to sign documents in person.  

b) During the electronic signing process, you may elect to ‘Decline’ and indicate your reasons for declining and withdrawing your consent.  

Please be aware that withdrawing your consent to sign electronically may result in delays and/or more time to complete a transaction.  

Electronic Delivery of Notices and Disclosures 

We will provide all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, and other documents to you electronically through Remine Docs. If you do not agree with this process, please let us know as described below. Please also see the paragraph immediately above that describes the consequences of your electing not to receive delivery of the notices and disclosures electronically from us. 

Contacting Us 

At any time, you may contact us to update your contact information, change your preferred means of receiving communications moving forward.  Or in the interest time, please contact your Real estate agent, and real estate brokerage. 

In addition, you must also notify Remine to arrange for your new email address to be reflected in your Remine Docs account by contacting us at support@remine.com to initiate the process.  

Required Hardware and Software 

The following are the minimum hardware and software requirements to use Remine Docs: 

Operating systems: Windows® 10 ; Mac OS® X 

Internet browsers: Google Chrome v72 or higher, Microsoft Edge v44 or higher, Mozilla Firefox v65 or higher or Apple Safari v12 or higher 

Enabled Security Settings: Allow per session cookies 

Screen Resolution: Minimum width: 750px 

PDF Reader: Acrobat® or similar software may be required to view and print PDF files  

Acknowledgement and Consent 

To confirm to us that you can access this information electronically, which will be similar to other electronic notices and disclosures that we will provide to you, please verify that you were able to read this disclosure and that you also were able to print on paper or electronically save this page for your future reference and access. Alternatively, you confirm that you were able to e-mail this disclosure and consent to an address where you will be able to print on paper or save it for your future reference and access. Furthermore, if you consent to receiving notices and disclosures exclusively in electronic format on the terms and conditions described above, please let us know by checking the box ‘I have read, understand and agree to Remine’s, Compliance & E-Signing Overview’ and clicking ‘Create’. 

By checking the ‘I have read, understood and agree’ box, I confirm all of the below: 

• I can access and read this Electronic ‘Remine’s Compliance & E–Signing Overview’ document;  
• I can print on paper the disclosure or save or send the disclosure to a place where I can print it, for future reference and access;
