How Do I Apply Filters in Remine Mobile?

Filters in Remine allow you to easily identify properties based on attributes you're interested in. Once you've added your desired filters, add those properties to a Cart to share with your clients. 

To apply your filters to the map, click on Sort & Filter located on the top, right-hand corner of the Remine App. 

Filter descriptions

The following table describes the function of each available filter:

Name   Description 
Baths

Baths filters properties by the number of bathrooms in the property. If this information is not reported by the county, we estimate the number based on an algorithm that considers multiple property attributes. 

Beds Beds filters properties by the number of bedrooms in the property. If bedroom count is not reported by the county, we estimate the number based on an algorithm that considers multiple property attributes.
 Building Type

Building Type displays the following building types for properties on the map:

  • Single-Family
  • Condo
  • Townhome
  • Multi-Family
  • Other
 Flood Zone

Flood Zone displays whether homes are in a high-risk flood zone, based on the latest digital FEMA flood maps.

Note: The Flood Zone tool is included with our Pro plan.

  Floors

 Floors filters by the number of levels a property has. 

 Listing Price

Listing Price displays the listing price of any Active, Pending, Expired, or Withdrawn listings within the last 6 months.

Properties sold within the last 6 months display the sale price, rather than the listing price.

 Lot Size Lot Size displays the size, in square feet, of the property parcel.
 MLS Status

MLS Status displays flags for all the properties within your MLS that are Coming Soon, Active, Active Under Contract, Pending, Canceled, Closed, Expired, Hold, or Withdrawn.

 Square Footage

Square Footage displays the size, in square feet, of the home.

  Year Built

 Year Built filters properties based upon the number range     you enter in.
