The "Get Me an Offer" tool is a useful way for you to interact with your clients who claim their home on the remine.com portal after they have been invited by you. Once a customer claims their house they will be able to see current AVM valuations, see similar comparables and they can also click a button to select a price at which they want to sell. The email with the price they want ONLY goes to you as their agent. It is a great way to help generate new listing opportunities! It looks something like this:
We heard that you wanted the option to turn this feature off for your clients. And we've listened! Now, you can choose to keep "Get Me An Offer" turned on and visible to your clients, or you can choose to disable it.
To turn "Get Me An Offer" off:
- Go to your Settings page.
- Scroll down to the "Listing Display Options" section.
- Find the "Hide Get Me An Offer Option?" toggle.
- Click the toggle to switch it to "Off."
Your preference to hide Get Me An Offer will be saved, and your clients will no longer be able to see it as an option. Later, if you decide that you want to turn it back on, all you have to do is go back and flip the toggle!
