Adding Signature and Initial Tags to PDF Documents


Adding signature and initial tags to your PDF document is easy!


  1. In the PDF document, click the Signature or Initial button on the toolbar. From the drop-down, select the person who will be signing.
  2. Place the signature and Initial tags wherever you need them. In addition to the signature/initial, you can also add the date or date+time when the doc was signed. Click either field to move them around the document:


Click the Start Signing button when you're ready to start a signing session.

Pro tip: Users can put signatures/ initials placeholders multiple times by just selecting it once and then clicking multiple times at different parts of the PDF
