Adding Clauses to Forms

The features outlined here are currently available to FMLS, AKMLS, NVAR and PWAR members only.

 

When editing a Smart Form, there are three ways to insert clauses. Simply click Add Clause in a clause field to insert a clause from your library or create a new one. You can also upload an image or file in the clause section.

Add Clauses 

  1. Click Add Clause, to pull up the clause section and select the ones you want to add to your deal and click Done.              
  2. Your clause is added to the document, you can edit it directly on your schedule. 

Create New 

     3. Click Create New. 

     4. Begin to type directly into the schedule. 

     5. Click Save. 

Upload a Clause 

Drag and drop a document or use the upload feature to add a file. This feature is particularly useful for adding clauses from a cooperating party.
