This article walks through the multiple paths within Remine on where to find Inked and how to send handwritten cards, step by step.
Accessing Inked from Carts
- Click Carts in the left-hand navigation
- Open the cart you want to work from (example: Columbia Properties)
- Select one or more properties using the checkboxes
Tip: You can select multiple properties to send cards in bulk. - Click 'Send Mailers'
- This opens the mailer selection modal
🔍 You’ll see this option appear once at least one property is selected.
- Choose “Handwritten Cards” (Inked)
In the Send Mailers modal, you’ll see two options:
- Standard Mailers – postcards, letters, and yellow letters
- Handwritten Cards (Inked) – handwritten cards created with real pens by robots
➡️ Click Handwritten Cards (Inked) to continue.
Access Inked from an Individual Property
You can also send a handwritten card from a Property Detail Page (PDP):
- Open a property record
- Look to the right-hand action panel
- Click “Send the owners a handwritten card” (Inked)
🎯 This is perfect for one-off outreach or highly personal follow-ups.
View Inked in the Owners & Associated People Section
You can view the Inked option directly within the Owners and Associated People section of a PDP:
- Open a property record
- Scroll to the Owners & Associated People section
- View “Send the owners a handwritten card” (Inked)
What happens after you click into Inked:
1. Choose a Template
Users can select a professional template or create a new card from scratch.
2. Choose a Cover
Upload your own image or select a cover from the database
3. Compose
Enter your own message or use AI to assist in composing. You can add multiple placeholders, QR codes and even a doodle to your cards.
4. Review & Send
Review your cards, envelopes and recipients before clicking to send cards.
