- While a large portion of Remine's extensive data comes from the public record, the last thing you want is to make your prospective clients think you've invaded their privacy. We recommend marketing yourself as a neighborhood expert.
- The following are some template scripts that you can use for your marketing communication. Many of these scripts come directly from successful Remine users. These are targeted toward specific audiences, so pick the ones that meet your needs, and tweak them to fit your messaging! It's crucial that you're honest and accurate with your clients.
- Within these templates, any [amber text surrounded by brackets] is a placeholder for you to fill in with custom information.
- You can use Mail Merge to Print Personalized Letters for bulk mailings as well. With just one Word document and your Downloaded Carts CSV (property) or Contacts CSV (people), you can produce many letters all at once.
