Remine Docs+ accounts come pre-loaded with standard state and association clauses (aka “stipulations”). You may also choose to add any brokerage-mandated clauses to give to your agents to use in their accounts.
First add your brokerage clauses by following these steps:
- Click ‘Clauses’ in the left side menu
- Open your brokerage clause folder. Typically, it’s found just below the ‘Read-only’ standardized clauses at the top of the page.
- Click the ‘Clause’ icon at the top
Give your clause a title (the more easily referenced the better, as this is what your agents will see when selecting it for use in their documents), enter the clause itself and click ‘Save’:
Once your clause has been created and saved, a confirmation pop-up will appear letting you know that this clause will be visible and available for your agent to use. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed:
You agents will then find the clause in their own brokerage clauses folder, and can add it to their documents as needed.
