When your agents submit transaction documents to your office, comments can be added by the broker or admin assignee to point out any needed corrections or items requiring the agent’s attention.
Open a submission folder and click 'Comments' at the top of the list of documents to add or view comments pertaining to the whole file (1) or click the 'Comment' icon next to any document to add a comment specific to that item (2):
Comments will display on the right. To add comments, click 'Add New Comment'. Existing comments can be 'Marked as resolved' by clicking the drop-down in the top right corner of the comment box itself.
Know that you'll also receive an email notification for new comments added to submissions assigned to you. Similarly, agents will receive an email notification for any new comments you add to their submission.
