The features outlined here are currently available to AKMLS, FMLS, LVR, MAR, NVAR, PWAR, Realcomp and VAR members only.
When a transaction is complete and all parties & participants have agreed and signed on all documents, it's time to submit the Transaction folder to your office for review:
- Manually change the status of all transaction documents to 'Complete'
- Submit the contents of the Transaction folder using the 'Submit to Office' button
Once the documents have been submitted, the Transaction folder will also show in the 'Submissions' section of the application – it's the same folder, just showing in two different sections. The broker/admin will see a new submission on their end which can be assigned and reviewed.
